My go to cafe when I need the tranquility of being on the beach with fantastic views. Staff are lovely, food is great. What more do you need? Prices are good value. Ideal for a rest when walking along the prom between Hove Lagoon and Brighton Pier.

I have visited Lex's business for as long as I can remember, I visited her prior business which was by the bowl green since I was a young kid. We would always go sit in then play bowls after With the Steele Family. Lex has always been accommodating and welcoming and I am glad her business has been a success. I have always ordered fish and chips and have never been disappointed.

Great little cafe right on the pebbles. Always on this beach for the day when it's hot. Easy to pop to for Food and drinks. Lovely sandwiches (especially breakfast baps) they sell ice cream, cakes, hot food, including fish n chips. Licenced as well if you want a cold beer or wine. Try the honey almond slice with a nice cup of tea.... Lovely

I payed a visit to this great cafe situated on the beach, the cafe has outside seating with table service, the menu has a variety of products available all at a reasonable price, I was give excellent service from start to finish, 5 stars

An absolute gem on the seafront. Probably the best sausage baps on the planet - meat/veg/vegan. Gorgeous location right on the beach. Service is first rate - by people who really care.

Just back from first class lunch at the seaside ! On the sea front, best Views, fabulous staff, Top notch food and drinks. Massive cod and chips with salad also jacket potato with coronation chicken and salad...obviously ice cream later ! Covid procedures taken seriously, cleaning and spraying after each customer, all served in takeaway containers and plastic cutlery, see you again.
